Growflex is a series of polyol blend for high resilience (molded) flexible polyurethane foam (FPF). Flexible foam is breathable and open cell that is used as cushioning for a variety of consumer and commercial products, including bedding, furniture, automotive interiors, carpet underlay and packaging. Flexible foam can be created in almost any variety of shapes and firmness. It is light, durable, supportive and comfortable.

Application Information

MT Series for Mattress

Most of the mattresses are made from flexible polyurethane foam. Polyurethane mattress is less expensive and the quality is depending on the density and resiliency of the foam. Sometimes, PU flexible mattress also can be used to replace latex foam or called synthetic latex foam.

SE Series for Seat

Flexible polyurethane foam is the most widely used foam for automotive and furniture seating such as chair and sofa, as it can be moulded to unique shapes while remaining cost effective and dense. It’s important for manufacturers to produce a seat that absorbs and dissipates energy, remains strong against dynamic forces, and delivers on quality from the start.
