RC and RO Series for Roofing

A type of rigid PUR foam that is designed to insulate buildings from heat and cold, typically used in the production of insulated roofing panels. Insulated roofing panels are manufactured by sandwiching the rigid PUR foam between the exterior profiled metal roofing sheet and facing materials such as PVC, metal sheet and paper using continuous process.

The rigid PUR foam used in roof insulation can be categorized as closed cell, open cell and semi-open cell due to the difference between the small bubbles (cells) that make up the foam :

RC Series – closed cell foam

RO Series – Open cell foam

RO Series – Semi-open cell foam

RC Series – closed cell foam

Closed cell foam is made of cells that are encapsulated and closely packed together to prevent air and moisture penetration inside the foam. Therefore, closed cell foam is more dense, rigid, durable and good insulation. Some of it are formulated to pass B2 grade of DIN 4102 German Standards fire resistance test. The overall density ranging from 30 to 45 kg/m3.

RO Series – Open cell foam

Open cell foam is made of cells that are not completely encapsulated. The open cell foam is filled with air making it more lightweight, softer and more flexible. The overall density ranging from 16 to 18 kg/m³.

RO Series – Semi-open cell foam

Semi-open cell foam has the characteristic of open and closed cell foam, with approximately equal ratio of these two cells. Semi-open cell foam is lighter than closed cell foam, thereby offering cost saving advantage to users. The overall density ranging from 20 to 25 kg/m³.

PN Series for Cold Room, Clean Room Panel and Cold Truck

A type of rigid PUR or PIR foam system used in the production of prefabricated PUR panels, composites of truck panels, commercial and industrial refrigeration systems. The rigid foam systems are specially designed for continuous or discontinuous process, or hand mix method.

Discontinuous PUR and PUIR
Injection moulding using low pressure or high pressure machine. Some PUR systems are formulated to has high fire retardancy to become PUIR (hybrid of PUR and PIR) with certification of DIN 4102 German Standards fire test B2 grade. The overall moulded density ranging from 35 to 60 kg/m³.

Continuous PIR
High fire resistant with DIN 4102 B1 grade PIR foam is produced using continuous method with 5 or 6 components high pressure machine for foam thickness ranging from 25 to 200mm. Vary densities can be get by adjusting the n-pentane or cyclopentane ratio inline.

SP Series for Pour-in-situ

Designed to be used at site using conventional manual mixing methods to mix polyol blends and isocyanate. The mixture is then poured into the enclosed building cavity. The foam will harden and form a solid building insulation material. The pour in situ application is a slow reactivity system with good foam stability. The core density ranging from 32 to 90 kg/m³.

PP Series for Pipe-in-pipe

A type of rigid PUR foam used to insulate and protect pipelines that are designed to transfer hot and cold liquid/air, typically used in the pipe production process. The pipe insulation is to prevent condensation from forming, pipe freezing, protection against extreme temperatures and prevent leakage. The overall molded density ranging from 35 to 90 kg/m³.

SF Series for Spray

Spray foam is typically applied directly to the place of use or building materials via spray devices. Spray foam is designed for thermal and acoustic insulation while it adds strength to the building walls when it hardens. Excellent lamination with various surfaces. The overall density ranging from 35 to 50 kg/m³.

IB Series for Ice Box

Ice boxes are made with interior and exterior shells of polyethylene (PE) and polypropylene (PP) with a rigid PUR foam in between. We typically formulate the rigid PURR foam systems to meet the packaging requirements of products which need to be kept in cold temperature. The overall molded density ranging from 30 to 50 kg/m³.

RF Series for Refrigeration and Freezer

Refrigerator/freezer consist of a sheet metal outer casing and an inner liner made of polystyrene. There is a layer of rigid PUR foam in between these layers that acts as both a structural and an insulating material that is applied and cured in the appliance manufacturers’ assembly line. The adhesive properties of rigid PUR foams also ensure a firm bond between the inner and outer walls and help to prevent heat exchange between the interior and exterior. The overall molded density ranging from 35 to 60 kg/m³.

BF Series for Block Foam

A type of rigid PUR foam system that is typically used in production of block foams to cater for a variety of industries including florist, oil and gas onshore or offshore pipe support and insulation. After proper curing, the block foam can be cut into sheets of various thickness and processed with special machinery to form complex shapes and sizes. The overall core density ranging from 40 to 150 kg/m³.

ST Series for Structural Foam and, Wood and Plaster Imitation

A type of rigid PUR system used for producing human bones for display and medical R&D, decorative building materials, decorative cornice and boards, decorative wall panels, picture frames, mirror frames, wood imitation furniture and spare parts. The molded density ranging from 50 to 800 kg/m³.
