To determine the water content of incoming raw materials and polyol blends. Water content is one of the main parameters to concern that may affect the quality of raw materials or polyol blend.

The determine the specific gravity and density of polyol blend. The reading is useful for injection machine equipped with inverter.

It is an important machine for incoming raw material quality control. The machine to be used to compare the spectrum of incoming raw materials with library and only the material with 99% similarity can be accepted.

To determine the tensile strength, compressive strength and tear strength of foam using ASTM standard.

Thermal conductivity tester
To measure the thermal conductivity value (K value) of foam according to ASTM. K value can be used to calculate thermal resistant value (R value) and heat transfer value (U value).

Closed cell content tester
To determine closed cell content, open cell content and density of foam according to ASTM
